Looks like the good weather is here to stay (at least for one more day…). I have to admit that my friends here are more tanned then me so I have to work hard to keep up with them. Reading a new book i got from Caroline before i left Perth, Det bästa av allt (The best of everything) it is a modern classic that created a sensation when it was released 1958. It’s written by Rona Jaffa and is supposed to be like Sex and the City in the 1950th.
Its a bit tricky when you are moving to the other side of the world, especially when you have way to much stuff. Before i left for Australia in September last year I threw and sold a lot of things. Now when I know that I will stay there for a bit longer I have to take care of all my stuff and sell my appartment. It so much work. I have been throwing away so much stuff and I still have plenty left…. So i had to rent a place to storage everything. Two days of hard work is now over and all I have left is two suitcases which I bring back home.
Next step is to get a broker ( I will need a vacation after this….)
Went to bed really late yesterday but I had my girls over and we had so much fun. Thought I would be sleeping in this morning but after six hours of sleep I woke up full of energy. Bought new running shoes yesterday and decided to take them for a first run. They were worth the money, best running shoes I’ve had so far.
Now its time for a birthday party!
My flight couldn’t have got a worse start. The plane from Perth to Singapore was crowded and the person in front of me started to vomit and kept vomiting for 5 hours…. She didn’t leave her seat!! I had nowhere to go and had to sit there surrounded by the smell. Looking at the bright side, I wasn’t the one vomiting and I’m still feeling fine (except from the fact that I’m dead tired) and the plane didn’t crash!
My lovely parents picked me up and it looks like I brought the sun with me
