Tilda decided that we should do our own museli. Or she did it and I took photos 🙂 But the result was amazing. So we are currently on a yoghurt and muesli diet which suits me perfect 🙂

This is how you do it

Put the oven on 70 degrees. Mix oats, chopped almonds, pumpkin seeds, linseed in a big bowl. Add cardamom and cinnamon and mix everything.

Mix water with a little bit of oil in a saucepan, let it melt together and add to the bowl.

Spread it out, add some honey on top of it if you want to make it more sweet and put in the oven for 2 hours to make it dry.

Add goji berries, raisins and you are done!!!
