Walking in Venice is like walking around in a museum. And you do get lost sometimes because it is not easy to find your way around 118 small islands connected only by bridges. At night time, when most of the tourists have left the city, it feels like walking around in a movie set. Surrounded with old houses, churches and buildings, first built probably 1600 years ago, and the almost scary quiet night you can easily imagine yourself being in a studio for a horror movie. Venice is simply unmistakable.
